Seasonal Rental Properties
We have several two bedroom, long term holiday home rentals on site, which can be let for a 7 month period (from 1st of April till the 31st October).
These delightful fully furnished holiday homes are set in 180 acres of beautiful parkland at Cosgrove Park. They also include onsite facilities such as an Outdoor Heated Swimming Pool, Sauna and Hot Tub, Extensive Children's Play Area, Lanes 'n' Games, Tenpin Bowling Alley*, Tennis Courts, Mini Golf*, Skate Park, Lakeside Bistro, Dog Wash and Cosgrove Store & Kitchen.
The holiday home briefly comprises: Open plan living area with fitted kitchen including gas oven, gas radiator for heating, two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, shower room, garden and parking. Available 1st April till the 31st October.

Important: These homes are only available to the over 25's with no more than two adult tenants permitted.

- Electric (pay as you go electric cards)
- Gas (purchase gas bottles at the park stores when needed)
-Certain Rental homes will be on Mains Gas. This will be billed monthly. - Laundry charges (see our Tariff Sheet for the costs).

- Start from £875 per month, full payment for seven months in advance.

Pets are required to be declared in any application, acceptance of pets is down to Cosgrove Park discretion. Maximum of 2 pets per Holiday Home, at a charge of £200 upfront for Pet Deep Clean service at the end of the tenancy. (Payable on key collection)
